The Philippines is known to have many festivals held in different cities and/or towns in the country. Festival like Sinulog Festival in Cebu, Dinagyang Festival in Ilo-ilo, Ati-Atihan Festival in Kalibo, Aklan and Batan and Binirayan festival in Antique and many more. These are just some of the festivals we've celebrated in a different season of the year.
The annual festival will highlight the place's main product and/or tradition, it usually a way of dance with colorful costumes, street dancing, floats, and most especially the sound cheorio.
Baguio City
Baguio is known to be as the Summer Capital of the Philippines, owing to its cool climate since the city is located approximately 1,540 meters (5,050 feet) above sea level in the Luzon tropical pine forests eco-region, which makes it conducive for the growth of mossy plants and orchids.
Panagbenga Festival
Baguio City also celebrates its yearly flower festival. Panagbenga Festival or known as the "Blooming Flowers Festival". The term “Panagbenga” comes from a Kankanaey term meaning “season of blooming”, and this festival reflects the history, traditions, and values of Baguio and the Cordilleras. While the festival lasts about a month (the whole month of February), the highlight is the Grand Float Parade which features a marching band and floats decorated with brightly colored and fresh flowers held last March 2-3, 2019.

Panagbenga Experience
This was my first ever Panagbenge festival experience, punong puno ng excitement, pagkaka amaze at sana may nextime pa. Its the same with Sinulog Festival in Cebu, nakakapagod din but at least malamig yung environment even though grabe yung siksikan ng tao. "Super saya, super ganda mga mga floats na punong puno ng naggagandahang bulaklak" ito ang masasabi ko sa parade.
Aside sa float parade, ma e enjoy nyo din ang super daming tinda sa Burnham Park and Session Road at sobrang mura pa gaya ng clothes, shoes at iba pa. Sayang nga lang kasi kung mamali ako ng gamit bibili na naman ng extra baggage hayy. Sa Session road naman (upper at lower), may tinatayo ring mga stalls para mga clase claseng foods. If you're foods lover tiyak ubos pero mo dun 😂.
